As players literally plumb the depths of an alien mind, they'll learn that even starting adventurers can stop world-ending threats... or trigger them.

It is the 17th century. You and your companions encounter a silver mine that contains deposits of the richest ore ever seen. But what appear to be shafts carved deep into the bedrock are, in fact, tunnels bored into the fossilized remains of a great ancient spawn of the stars. More specifically, its brain.

But it is not yet dead.

As its last nerves are struck, the alien's final death throes begin to unleash catastrophic horror. Despite this, silver - and power beyond imagining - wait to be tapped by those clever enough to brave its perils.
