ENTRY INTO WARHAMMER FINALE DRAWING

All players that participate in an event run using the Warhammer 40,000 Organised Play pack are eligible to enter a raffle for a trip to the 2023 Warhammer Grand Narrative. The 2023 Grand Narrative will take place from 17-19 November in Atlanta, GA USA. Provided below are the Terms and Conditions of the Raffle, the Games Workshop Privacy Policy, and the Form that players must complete to enter. Participation in the Raffle is completely voluntary.

Warhammer Grand Narrative Trip Draw: Terms & Conditions Warhammer 40,000: Warhammer Grand Narrative Sweepstake Warhammer Underworlds: Warhammer Grand Narrative Sweepstake 1. The Promoter 1.1. The Promoter is Games Workshop Limited (“GW”) of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000. 1.2. Games Workshop Limited Australian Business Number: 27 207 794 257. 2. Eligibility 2.1. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the sweepstakes. 2.2. Entry is open to all those who meet GW’s eligibility requirements and who satisfy the requirements detailed below. 3.4. Games Workshop Organised Play Kits tournament winners (for Warhammer 40,000and Warhammer Underworlds) may enter the applicable prize draw for a chance to win a trip to the Warhammer Grand Narrative in Atlanta. The Grand Narrative is run across 17th-19th November 2023 and the winner will receive a trip and entry for the days of the event corresponding to the game system they played to enter. 4. How to Enter 4.1. To enter a prize draw: 4.1.1. attend and win a GW Organised Play tournament. (Organised Play tournaments run at GW stores will be free to enter). 4.1.2. Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Underworlds winners will be given a link to an online form to enter. 4.2. Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Underworlds Draws The prize draws for each of these two sweepstakes will take place at Warhammer World, Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK at 10am (BST) on 2nd October 2023. The draws will be made by random selection. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entrants. Maximum one prize per entrant. 6. Prize Details 6.1. There will be one (1) winner for each sweepstake, one (1) for each game system. The prize is: one (1) trip to the Warhammer Grand Narrative in Atlanta 2023. Prize includes entry to all the event days, accommodation in a standard room, reasonable travel expenses, including flights if necessary (standard or economy class), and a reasonable meal allowance set by GW to cover any meals on the trip which are not otherwise provided. Expenses outside those expressly set out above are not covered by GW. GW may offer to cover further expenses in its sole discretion. There is one trip per winner, the prize does not cover any additional individuals to accompany the winner on the trip. 7. Notification 7.1. Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Underworlds Draws 7.1.1. The winners will be contacted on 10th October 2023 via the email address entered into the online form during entry. 7.1.2. The winner must claim their prize by responding to GW’s email and must confirm their delivery address. If the prize has not been claimed by 23:59 (BST) on 23rd October 2023, then a redraw will be held. 8. Redraw Process 8.1. Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Underworlds Draws 8.1.1. A redraw, if applicable, will take place at Warhammer World, Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK at 10 a.m. (BST) on 24th October 2023. The redraw will be made by random selection. 8.1.2. The winner of the redraw will be notified on 25th October 2023 via the email address provided on their entry form as applicable. The winner of the redraw must claim their prize before 23:59 (GMT) on 2nd November 2023. If the prize has not been claimed by this date, then the opportunity to win the prize will be lost and the prize draw will be finished. 9. Publication 9.1. GW will use each winners’ name and place of residence (in the format of ‘Initial, Surname, County/Country’ e.g. J Bloggs from Nottinghamshire, England) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations.
